Dear King-Care,

I wanted to thank you and your team of professionals for the outstanding job done on my gorgeous leather lounges.

We can't begin to describe how impressed we were with the result and we are thrilled that we kept the lounges till we were able to finance recovering them.

So many people asked me 'when are you throwing those lounges out or replace them', and many doubted my reasons for wanting King Furniture to do the recovering but I knew and remembered how I had fallen in love with those lounges at a home show in Darling Harbour about 18years ago. They were a sentimental purchase and I know I will be able to enjoy them for another 18 years.

All of my family and friends have been amazed by the transformation not only to the lounges, but how much they impact on the room. They are a truly beautiful piece of quality furniture and I can't harp on enough about my lounges. (When I bought them 18 yrs ago I raved on for years about them too!)

So finally thank you King-Care for all your calls and follow-ups. The fact that it was all organised so smoothly and professionally from pick up to delivery, we are so very impressed with the company and of course the final product. I can't wait to save up to buy King leather dining room chairs to compliment the next room!

MAGICAL KING-CARE TRANSFORMATION!

Firstly, I must thank King-Care for cleaning my couches.
The representative was very personable and has excellent manners.
Every question I asked, he explained clearly.

The results of the King-Care treatment are fantastic!
My couches are solid black (again).

I didn't think that I would notice such a big difference after the treatment.
Slight marks that I thought could never be removed are gone.
The fabric looks refreshed and smells refreshed - close to new - in fact.

It's such a worthwhile thing to have done - I couldn't be happier with the result.

HAVE YOU EVER WISHED YOU COULD SEND YOUR SOFA TO THE DRY-CLEANERS?

Our Jasper gets heavy wear and tear. The shape of it invites family members to sink into its comfortable cushions - all too often with food and wines for a movie night. Overnight guests have been accommodated frequently - in fact Jasper is rarely empty. I called King Furniture to inquire about the removal of a series of what I thought were food stains. They told me how to remove the stains but also mentioned their King-Care service where they come to the house and give the entire sofa a cleaning. I opted for that and I was so pleased that I did. The King-Care people not only completely removed the marks and the overall grubbiness - they made Jasper look like when we first bought it. This was the best $250 I have ever spent. We now have what looks like a brand new sofa. Thank you King-Care!

RECOVER IN STYLE

To the King Furniture team:

Our Linea sofas were beginning to look a bit tired - hardly surprising after so many years. We noticed on the King Furniture web site - a recovering service. This sounded great. The Lineas are perfect for our space and the steel-framed sofas are basically sound. We visited the Annandale showroom and chose a gorgeous, chocolate-coloured leather. What followed was amazing. Our Linea sofas were collected and in just two weeks our recovered Lineas returned looking amazing! All our friends thought we had bought new sofas. I have enclosed a photo showing the Linea sofas with the King Furniture Tangerine and Apricot cushions. We can change the look entirely with cushions in blues and beiges. The King Furniture recovering service is sensational - add a few new cushions and the effect is complete. Thank you King Furniture for a great service and a fantastic result!
